Bespoke Testing

Following UKAS audit process, PTS has successfully added Proof Loading of Components to our scope.

PTS worked with our client and our client’s manufacturer to develop a proof loading test of their components for the construction Industry.

We built Bespoke jigs to simulate the conditions required for the components.

Following trials, we were able to guide the team with better design to focus on the Safe Working Load to ensure the safety of end users.
